Get NHS App for online services
If you’re a patient at our practice you can now use the new NHS App, a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet.
You can use the NHS App to check your symptoms and get instant advice, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP medical record, and more.
If you already use Patient Access you can continue to use it. You can use the NHS App as well.
Please use Google play or Apple store or Laptop internet to download the NHS App and install on to your device. Please ask Reception for guidance on how to do this.

Owned and run by the NHS, the NHS App is available for Android and iPhone. You can also access NHS App services from the browser on your desktop or laptop computer.
You can register, verify your Identity, and access your medical records all within the app.

To order repeat prescriptions or see your medical records including test results, download NHS App or go on NHS online. It will let you interact with our practice using the Internet at your convenience, even when we are closed. You will need to register with the practice to access this service, and once registered you will be given information that will enable you to create your username and password. This is the most convenient way to access services. If you are interested in this service, please download the application form (DOC, 42KB) then return the completed form to the surgery or ask at reception. You will also need to show Photographic ID.
