Disabled Access
There are two reserved disabled car parking spaces near the front entrance. Wheelchair access to the building is via a ramp near the front entrance.
A disabled patients' WC is also available.
If access proves difficult to any of our disabled patients please inform our staff.
We offer a service for deaf patients to access British Sign language signer.
Interpretation Service
The surgery is able to request an interpretation service by prior request; this will require at least one weeks’ notice to arrange as this is an external service provided by Bexley CCG.
We can offer correspondence in a larger print for those who are partially sighted.

GP Hub – Our Reception staff can book you an appointment at the GP HUB
Queen Mary’s Hospital or Erith District Hospital between
6.30pm to 8.00pm Monday to Friday
8.00am to 8.00pm Saturday and Sunday.
Please note if you have opted out of data sharing you will not be able to be seen at the GP HUB. Children under 1 year old can not be seen at the GP HUB.

Another option is to go to the Urgent Care Centre at Queen Mary’s Hospital Sidcup, which is open 24 hours a day seven days a week OR go to the Urgent Care Centre at Erith Hospital which is open from 8:00am to 10:00pm, seven days a week.

If you need urgent medical attention when the medical centre is closed, then please phone NHS 111 on 111
Emergencies
If you are confronted by a serious problem or emergency that requires hospital treatment (such as acute chest pain or severe bleeding etc.), call an ambulance (tel:999) before calling the surgery.
The nearest Accident and Emergency Departments are located at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Woolwich and Darent Valley Hospital in Dartford.
The NHS 111 service
The NHS 111 service is also available in certain areas of the country. You should use this service if you urgently need medical help or advice but it is not a life-threatening situation.
Call 111 if:
- You need medical help fast but it's not a 999 emergency.
- You think you need to go to A&E or need another NHS urgent care service.
- You don't know who to call or you don't have a GP to call.
- You need health information or reassurance about what to do next.
- For less urgent health needs, contact your GP or local pharmacist in the usual way.
- For immediate, life-threatening emergencies, continue to call 999.
