PATIENT NOTICE

We want to assure our patients that we are still open. Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic we have made some changes to the way we book your appointments. To help reduce the spread of Coronavirus all patients wishing to book appointments will be triaged. The fastest way to do this is for you to complete an online consultation, which you can do via this website. You can also do this on the NHS App which is available for free on iOS and Android devices.  If you need support to complete an online consultation, please call the Bexley eConsult Line on 020 8269 3406.  The online consultation will be reviewed with in one working day and then we will contact you with advice for next steps, which may include a telephone appointment with a Clinician or possibly a face to face appointment.

 For COVID-19 related inquiries please use NHS 111 on line or call NHS 111. 

 If you require a sick note for self-isolation go to NHS 111 online to obtain isolation note.  The practice can not issue sick notes for any COVID-19 related sick leave 

 If you need urgent help and are not sure what to do then go to  NHS111 online or if you are not able to do this call NHS111

 For life threatening emergencies:  Call 999

Ordering  Repeat Medication:

Do Not Come to Surgery to order repeat medication .You can order this from your nominated pharmacist or use online services   For all Queries E-Consult , Email,or Telephone us if you have no internet.

Please call the surgery between the hours of 12-2 pm for your test results.

If you do not have online services  yet and wish to join up please speak to a receptionist who can help you with this.

Online Appointments: This service has currently been suspended

The above supersedes our usual appointment booking procedures.

COVID-19 tests.

Any patients requiring information about testing  please go to the government website: https://www.gov.uk/apply-coronavirus-test. Patients who do not have access to or cannot use the internet can call a dedicated phone line, which can be used to order a test if no other options are available. The Coronavirus Testing Call Centre can be contacted on 0300 303 2713 between the hours of 07.00 and 23.00.  Around 98% of all Coronavirus test results are sent automatically to the individual within four days but for any that aren’t, the Call Centre can help individuals to follow up on their results.

Please note if you submit an eConsult on a Bank Holiday it will not be read until we return to work after the Bank Holiday

Disabled Access

There are two reserved disabled car parking spaces near the front entrance. Wheelchair access to the building is via a ramp near the front entrance.

A disabled patients' WC is also available. If access proves difficult to any of our disabled patients please inform our staff.

Mobile Phones

Please turn off your mobile phone before entering the medical centre, as this disturbs staff and patients and may also interfere with medical equipment. Please let us know if you change your mobile number.
