Welcome to Belvedere Medical Centre

We will be phasing out our email contact of belvederemedicalcentre@nhs.net after the Covid pandemic.Patients will be advised to use Patient Access on-line services or NHS App to order repeat medications at your own convenience.

Please do not contact the surgery regarding Covid vaccinations. We will contact each patient individually to book an appointment when the surgery receives each allocation of vaccine

Any patients requiring information about testing please go to the government website: https://www.gov.uk/apply-coronavirus-test. Patients who do not have access to or cannot use the internet can call a dedicated phone line, which can be used to order a test if no other options are available.  For COVID-19 inquiries please use NHS 111 on line or call NHS 111.

If you require a sick note for self-isolation go to NHS 111 online to obtain isolation note.  The practice can not issue sick notes for any COVID-19 related sick leave

Belvedere Medical Centre is a modern practice providing a comprehensive health care service with an ongoing commitment to healthcare education.

We provide this in a well-equipped surgery with a well trained Primary Healthcare team enabling patients to make well informed decisions about their own health.

Disabled Access

There are two reserved disabled car parking spaces near the front entrance. Wheelchair access to the building is via a ramp near the front entrance.

A disabled patients' WC is also available. If access proves difficult to any of our disabled patients please inform our staff.

Mobile Phones

Please turn off your mobile phone before entering the medical centre, as this disturbs staff and patients and may also interfere with medical equipment. Please let us know if you change your mobile number.
