Please do not call surgery for flu vaccination appointment instead wait for communication from Belvedere Medical Centre. We are providing multiple walk-in clinics and when it is your turn we will contact you.

COVID Vaccination programme Update:
We are now inviting all eligible patients to book their first, second, third and booster dose for the Covid vaccination programme.
You can access the National booking system using the link below Book a coronavirus vaccination - NHS (www.nhs.uk), or by logging on to the National booking system using your search engine or call our support team 0208 269 3400 between 10am and 4pm (Monday to Friday).
Please note, the booking system will only be open for booking when vaccines are confirmed, please check regularly for appointment availability.

Any patients requiring information about testing please go to the government website: https://www.gov.uk/apply-coronavirus-test. Patients who do not have access to or cannot use the internet can call a dedicated phone line, which can be used to order a test if no other options are available.

There are two reserved disabled car parking spaces near the front entrance. Wheelchair access to the building is via a ramp near the front entrance.
A disabled patients' WC is also available. If access proves difficult to any of our disabled patients please inform our staff.
