Telephone Advice

Telephone Advice and 'call barring'

If you need advice about a medical problem, please submit an eConsult.

If you submit an  e-Consultation or telephone request you  will be given a timed  appointment slot where the Clinician will contact you either by email or text/phone one hour before or 2 hours after the appointment time , please ensure you are available .E consultations will be triaged by a Clinician and at busy times if not deemed urgent you will be contacted on the following working day.

If you cannot e-Consult then an urgent telephone consultation with a clinician  can be arranged. This is done strictly on the grounds if you belong to any vulnerable group,are old,frail or have a disability .  Please remember, if you have 'call barring' on your own telephone we will be unable to ring you back.
