Out Of Hours

GP HUB – Our Reception staff can book you an appointment at the GP HUB

Queen Mary’s Hospital or Erith District Hospital between

18:30 – 20:00 Monday – Friday

08:00 – 20:00 Saturday and Sunday.

Please note if you have opted out of data sharing you will not be able to be seen at the GP HUB. Children under 1 year old can not be seen at the GP HUB.

If you need urgent medical attention when the medical centre is closed, then please phone the main number (01322 446700) and our answer phone will give you further advice on who to contact.

Alternatively, you can ring NHS 111, a 24-hour nurse-led advice and information service. www.nhs.uk

Another option is to go to the Urgent Care Centre at Queen Mary’s Hospital Sidcup, which is open 24 hours a day seven days a week OR go to the Urgent Care Centre at Erith Hospital which is open from 08:00am - 10:00pm, seven days a week.

Emergencies

If you are confronted by a serious problem or emergency that requires hospital treatment (such as acute chest pain or severe bleeding etc.), call an ambulance (tel:999) before calling the surgery. The nearest Accident and Emergency Departments are located at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Woolwich and Darent Valley Hospital in Dartford.
